Terms & Conditions
- Our payment terms are strictly 21 days from invoice date.
- Failure to pay invoice within 21 days will result in non provision of services and food until payment is made or legal proceedings started
- Final numbers and details for catering are required the week prior to events.
- Any cancellations or changes to numbers will require 48 hours notice otherwise a 50 % charge will be made.
- We reserved the right to charge for any breakages and missing items supplied by Richard McFarland Catering Limited.
