Terms & Conditions
- Our payment terms are strictly 21 days from invoice date.

Failure to pay invoice within 21 days will result in non provision of services and food until payment is made
or legal proceedings will be put into place.
- Final numbers and details for catering are required the week prior to events.
- Any cancellations or changes to numbers will require 48 hours notice otherwise a 50 % charge will be made.
- We reserved the right to charge for any breakages and missing items supplied by Richard McFarland Catering Limited.
- We make every effort to ensure you receive the best service. However, should any problems arise with the service provided by Richard McFarland Catering Limited should be notified within 24 hours. - We reserve the right to cancel our provision of services with 7 days notice.
